Talmud is the founder and principal consultant of TMGB Innovations. 

He is an international consultant & coach in implicit bias, performance coaching, facilitation, wellbeing, organisational development and complex behaviour change. Talmud has designed and delivered programmes in New York, Spain, The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania, Türkiye and Central Asia.

Talmud holds a PGCME (Post Graduate Continuing Medical Education) Certificate in Clinical Care for Autistic Adults from Harvard Medical School.

Talmud has a PCET/Cert Ed - (MA/Level 7) from Canterbury Christchurch University & is a private sector trainer, educationalist & emotional behaviour specialist. Talmud has Diplomas in Educational Psychology, Advanced CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Counselling & Psychotherapy and Adult Learning.

He is an accredited Ministry of Entrepreneurship Coach, is trained in Brief Therapy at the Institute of Education, as well as Inclusive Leadership Coaching, Managing Conflict and Mediation Skills. Talmud is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner & is trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).

Talmud is an accredited Clarity 4D coach. Clarity 4D is a coaching model based on Carl Jung's psychology principles and looks at individual and group behaviour change. Talmud is also trained in transformational change management and executive leadership coaching.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature in Venice, Sara continued her studies earning her Master’s Degree at Unimarconi in Rome with Interpreting and Translation classes at the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici (SSML) Gregorio VII.

Sara has worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for companies and associations that needed to communicate with companies abroad for  the past seven years. Sara also has a Masters in Dialogue and Film-adaptation. Sara's translation and interpretation services are delivered throughout Italy, especially in the Veneto region, where she's based.

Eniola has a background in Psychology. Eniola's many skills include - Planning and Project Management: managing projects, planning events and Facilitation. Eniola takes presenting and delivering developmental workshops to the next level.

Identifying as non–binary, queer and as having a disability, Tamsin is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Gender Identity, intersectionality and Black cultural identity. Tamsin has a background in Applied Social Sciences and Community Development. Tamsin is an outstanding workshop facilitator, creative thinker and gender advocate.

Over two decades of experience in the realm of experiential learning have seen her deliver training in diverse global business landscapes in both the public and private sectors. Naomi's expertise lies in empowering individuals & 
organisations to master skills encompassing personal impact, executive 
presence, difficult conversations, and leading inclusively. Her passion lies in 
equipping individuals with pragmatic tools to translate theory into action, thereby creating lasting shifts in behaviour.
